Item(s) purchased from ilgistudio.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
